History of PT. Sis Mel Tri Aero began on 18th December 2017 by obtaining a business license from the Government of the Republic Indonesia. At that time, PT. Sis Mel Tri Aero or known as SMT Aero has developed into a company with a special field of Non Destructive Test for the Aviation and Industrial business. In 2020 PT. Sis Mel Tri Aero will develop core business especially for Aviation by getting approval from the Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operations as the Approved Maintenance Organization AMO 145D-1012.
